HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO DO A SILENT AUCTION?

We have an extensive inventory of sports memorabilia on hand therefore we can put together an auction for you in a couple hours notice if need be.

WHAT WOULD IT COST US FOR WEST COAST AUTHENTIC TO DO A SILENT AUCTION?

Nothing! There is no cost for us to setup and manage the silent auction.

DO WE PAY A FEE FOR ITEMS NOT SOLD?

No

WHAT PERCENTAGE DOES OUR ORGANIZATION RECEIVE?

You will receive 25% of each item’s net sale price.

CAN WEST COAST AUTHENTIC COLLECT THE MONEY?

Yes. Our staff will be equipped to handle credit card, debit card and cash.

HOW SOON CAN WE EXPECT OUR PERCENTAGE OF THE PROCEEDS?

Within a few business days, we will provide you with a list of all the items that have sold along with the final sale price and your percentage of the proceeds

HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR MEMORABILIA?

We have been in the sports memorabilia business for over 18 years and we’ve learned that the best way to get authentic autographs is to conduct our own public and private signings with the athletes themselves. In cases where we purchase autographs from other sources, we always deal with the licensees and athlete agents who organize the signings.

CAN WE MANAGE OUR OWN SILENT AUCTION?

Yes. We can ship you the items and you just send back the bid sheets, funds and items that were not sold. We will calculate your percentage and issue you a cheque.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING?

If you choose our self serve auction program, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the final proceeds.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO THE ITEMS INCURRED DURING SHIPPING?

All of our items are shipped and insured via UPS. If damages occur, we will put in a claim with UPS. We suggest that you send any unsold items (in the same boxes and wrapping) back to us via UPS or a similar carrier that provides insurance.
